What You'll Do

  • Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and Node.js
  • Build responsive frontends with React and Next.js
  • Work with AI/ML models and integrate them into production systems
  • Collaborate with the team to ship features that delight customers
  • Participate in architecture decisions and code reviews

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred)
  • Comfortable with databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Based in Brazil

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies
  • Background in telecommunications or customer service platforms
  • Contributions to open source projects
