What you'll do
- Client-facing dashboards and agent workspaces in React and TypeScript, built for people who live in them all day.
- A shared component library and design system reused across client solutions instead of rebuilt per project.
- Real-time interfaces over websockets and streams — live conversations, queues and agent activity.
- Interfaces for AI features: streaming responses, tool-call traces, review and approval flows.
- Accessible, responsive, fast front ends — measured on real devices, not just a fast laptop.
- Close work with backend engineers on API shape, so the contract fits the screen rather than the other way round.
You may be a fit if
- 2+ years building production React applications with TypeScript.
- Strong CSS and layout skills, and genuine care about how an interface feels to use.
- Comfort with modern tooling: Next.js or similar, component testing, and CI.
- Ability to turn a rough requirement into a working screen without waiting for a full design spec.
- Practical understanding of accessibility and performance as requirements, not extras.
- Working English — the team and part of the client base are in the United States.
