Lead the squad that designs and delivers the highest-impact solutions for our most strategic accounts. A leadership role for someone who combines strong technical execution with product thinking and a founder's instinct.
What you'll do
- Run strategic client projects end to end — discovery, solution design, build, deploy and life in production.
- Translate complex business problems into scalable products that are intuitive and commercially valuable.
- Own Orbitus' modular products — the reusable components that combine into bespoke client solutions.
- Set technical architecture, engineering standards, delivery plans and priorities.
- Lead and grow engineers while staying hands-on in the critical parts of the platform.
- Drive technical decisions across AI, data, cloud infrastructure, integrations, backend and frontend.
You may be a fit if
- Solid experience leading software projects end to end, and leading engineers.
- Advanced Python and modern backend development.
- React, APIs, integrations, databases and distributed systems.
- Strong cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS: containers, CI/CD, observability, security, production deploys.
- Experience with AI applications, LLMs, automation, data platforms or machine learning.
- Fluent English — you will work directly with the team and clients in the United States.
